Returns & Exchanges
Shipping: We will ship items within 5-10 days, depending on the order. There are two of us making these unique items. We meet to coordinate sending your orders. We know you're excited for these beautifully sewn items. Please be patient with us; we're full-time workers with varying workdays.
Returns or Exchanges are not offered. We provide as much detail as possible about our products, measurements, general care, and pictures. There will be some variations in pattern placement when we cut the material (if we sew multiple items with the same fabric, characters/flowers/words/ect may not be exactly as pictured). Email us before purchasing if you have questions about the item. All sales are final.
Lost, Shipped to Wrong Address, Arrived Damaged
Lost: If you have an issue with an item that was not delivered, you need to contact USPS with the tracking number. By purchasing through us, you agree that we are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages. It is out of our hands once we ship it.
Shipped to Wrong Address: We take care to ensure items packed are correct and that the address you provided us is correct on the shipping label. Please double-check to ensure the address you provide is correct. We will not issue refunds for items mailed to the incorrect address.
Arrived Damaged: If the shipment arrived damaged or if something is wrong, please email a photo within 3 days of arrival. Please note that these are handmade items; our stitches aren't perfect, and there are some variations in the materials. We will review the issue and, if damaged, issue a refund.
