Returns & Exchanges
Shipping: We will ship items in 5-10 days, depending on what is ordered. There are two of us making these unique items. We meet to coordinate sending your orders. We know you're excited for these beautifully sewn items. Please be patient with us; we're 2 full-time workers with varying workdays sewing for fun.

Returns or exchanges are not offered. We provide details about our products, measurements, general care, and pictures. There will be some variations in pattern placement when we cut the material (if we sew multiple items with the same fabric, characters/flowers/words/ect may not be exactly as pictured). Email us before purchasing if you have any questions about the item. All sales are final.
Lost, Arrived Damaged, Shipped to wrong address
Lost: We are two full-time workers passionate about sewing and crafting handmade items. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address for your order. We will not issue refunds for items mailed to incorrect addresses. If lost, please email us, and we will look into the issue.
Arrived Damaged: If the shipment arrived damaged or if something is wrong, please email a photo within 3 days of arrival. Please note these are handmade items, our stitches aren't perfect, and there are some variations in material. We will review the issue and, if it is damaged, issue a refund.
